PositiveI’d rate this a 4 out of 5 overall, mainly because the food doesn’t always align with my mom’s dietary needs. That said, I understand accommodations can only go so far. The leadership team is generally attentive, and several of the CNAs have been especially kind and caring. One thing I appreciate is their policy of responding to wristband calls within seven minutes, which they’ve been consistent about. PositiveI have suggested several people move here, and I haven’t regretted it once. This is the only assisted living you want in Wayland to move your loved one to. From the administration staff to the CNA’s I trust them deeply and thankful for everything they do
★★★★★
PositiveMemory Care Staff is quite attentive & patient. Aunt is now in a shared room - plenty of space. She enjoys the food & some activities.

PositiveMy mom actually ended up in a skilled nurse setting but for the short time she was at Sunrise of Wayland I would give all categories a 5 without hesitation. I think they're wonderful in every way and we're sad mom couldn't stay there but heart rate and blood pressure issues required more care and she is now in a skilled care nursing home.

PositiveAcross the board, I just can't say enough glowing words to describe my experience with Wayland Sunrise thus far. I moved my Dad into Wayland Sunrise in May 2024. It's been such a relief to have such a thoughtful team looking over him, and it's been great to see him socializing a bit with other residents; he was previously living alone. Thank you so much: [names removed], and all of the other folks who are helping. I wish I could remember…

PositiveMy brother in law has received incredible care here. From the care managers to the Executive Director they have done everything in their power to put a smile on his face and make sure he is well taken care of. I can't thank them enough.
