PositiveMy mom is always clean and very happy. They take her food order every day and have a wide range of activities. The staff has very little turnover and the owner is ALWAYS there. I have seen him cook, clean and do whatever needs to be done. I would live there. My mom gets the best care there.

PositiveI found everyone very friendly, residents and staff both. As for things they could improve on, I really can't think of anything. However, if your loved one is someone who needs a lot of care, Swan Brook would not be the place for them to go

PositiveI would highly recommend this facility to others. It was the least expensive for miles around. It is very homey. The staff and the owner are so nice. I can't say enough good things about this facility. The staff calls me for every little issue. For example, she fell a couple of times. They call me right away to let me know. My aunt is 87 and she loves it there already.

CriticalAt first the facility seemed quaint, nice, and the woman in charge was pleasant- but unfortunately she passed away and I feel that's when the assisted living home started to decline. In the beginning my father was pleased- so that made me happy. Even when I didn't care for some things that went on; my father said he was okay with it- my father was a easy man to please, he was not difficult to satisfy. PositiveI'm a nurse and really appreciated the care my loved one received. I was impressed with the size of the facility. They have a limited amount of residents and really get to know the people living there. They knew if you didn't eat meals or get out and about. The RN and CNAs were in contact with me very often because my mother in law was sick and going down hill. We actually had hospice care at the facility. They went above and beyond.
