★★★★★
PositiveThey were responsive, transparent with their pricing and accommodating to my mother in law. So far she is happy there! I would recommend Symphony Linden to others looking for care. It has been an overall positive experience.
★★★★★
PositiveThey're very organized, competent. I would advise someone considering this community, to come prepared to make decisions.

PositiveLack of follow-up: I have yet to receive a copy of my signed contract, going to ask for it again; There was a billing error and when I reported it, I was supposed to get a revised bill, but never did, so I just paid the correct amount on- line, rather than the billed amount. ★★★★★
PositiveThe everyday staff I would give a 5. Administration a 3. The care workers and front desk workers are excellent and very friendly. Administration is friendly but, not the best at communicating. Dining is good. Activities are good and plentiful. Size of my mom's room is good, for her needs. I highly recommend Symphony of Linden.
★★★★★
PositiveLocation and the care my mom was given. We would absolutely recommend Symphony Linden to other families based on the experience so far.
