My parents moved to the independent living villas at the end of [date removed]. We knew very little, such as - even though WiFi was included in the rent, it was not explained that we would have to order it upon moving in. It took 4 days to get that hooked up. We had many questions such as when is trash pick up? Is recycling put out the same day? Is recycling weekly? Can we put nails in the walls?
