Our Mom lives at Storypoint. It’s a very nice place. She is extremely happy. The staff is very friendly and helpful to provide the best care for her. They keep her engaged in activities. I would recommend Storypoint for your loved ones.

Big disappointment

My parents moved to the independent living villas at the end of [date removed]. We knew very little, such as - even though WiFi was included in the rent, it was not explained that we would have to order it upon moving in. It took 4 days to get that hooked up. We had many questions such as when is trash pick up? Is recycling put out the same day? Is recycling weekly? Can we put nails in the walls? Our Independent Living community is designed for residents who live independently, and services, amenities, and resident responsibilities are outlined during the leasing process and included in the lease documentation. As residents' needs change, we work closely with families, healthcare providers, and outside partners to help determine the most appropriate level of support and available resources. Resident safety and dignity remain at the center of every care decision. Our staff follows established policies, physician orders, regulatory requirements, and best practices while also respecting each resident's individual rights and preferences. When concerns are brought to our attention, they are reviewed through the appropriate processes and addressed in accordance with our policies and procedures. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, we encourage you to give us a call and ask to speak to our Executive Director directly so we can continue the conversation privately.

Excellent Assisted Living Facility.

The friendliness and efficiency of all staff was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't ask for a more caring and compassion-at home- away-from- home for my husband. The meals were very tasty and well prepared. I have already recommenced and will continue to recommend StoryPoint to others.

I like that it looks so bright when you walk int. Some placed are so depressing. The staff is very helpful and caregivers dont make you wait forever to get help like some places.
