PositiveTapestry has been wonderful!! We are so glad we moved her there! Really only good things to say about them. I would rate all categories as a 5! Everyone has been super friendly and nice. The place is always clean. My mom says it is the only place she has lived that feels like home! We would recommend Tapestry to everyone.

CriticalOverall experience is good. They do have some issues with staffing sometimes and the aids from the agencies aren't the best. My mom doesn't like the food very much but what she does eat she seems to like. She wishes they would bring her meals to her with no charge. She has problems with her ears when she goes to the dining room. She doesn't participate in activities. The rent has been raised several times in the 2 years she's been there. CriticalOur move in process was pitiful, I was highly disappointed. We felt ignored, poorly communicated to, and it was quite haphazard. I am referring to the actual day of move in, not the process leading up to move in. I have remained disappointed, to say the least. Communication went from little to none. PositiveMy mother moved into Tapestry Senior Living Springboro in March of 2023. Her Move In Coordinator was amazing during the pre move in process. I was disappointed with the actual admission process on the day of her move in. I expected more communication and discussion. I did express my concerns and I am hopeful this will inspire some change.
