Terra Bluffs

This facility was disappointing from the start. Poor directions to the entrance. Inadequate handicapped parking. During a week of visits and discussions, the staff tended to sidestep questions dealing with my assessment and kept erecting small obstacles during what eventually appeared to be an evaluation for acceptance to rhe facility. Facility is clean, modern, and luxurious. Staff is friendly and interacts with residents. Residents are alert and happy. The in-house chef will custom make the food.

Great place to live!

The staff is incredible. They were very helpful. The building is beautiful. Very warming to walk into. And it's is kept up superbly.

Positive respite care with excellent food

My mom has gone a number of times for respite care. It has worked out very well. The staff is good and the facility is very nice. They do try to keep the residents busy. My mom always says the food is very good.

Very caring staff.

Terra Bluffs has an amazing staff. They really care about residents and family. Apartment is big and new. Some complain about how loud the heaters are in the apartments. The food is hit or miss. My Mom was there for a year until she passed. They worked well with hospice to provide for her needs up till the end.

Beautiful Community

The memory care director and majority of the caregivers are very loving and kind. They take excellent care of my mom. The food is very good and easy for my mom to eat. They work well with mom's hospice team and seem to have strong communication. There are not many activities on the memory care side and the ones I have seen haven't been very engaging.
