My father lived at Terra Pointe Memory Care for two years while battling dementia, and I am deeply grateful for the care he received there. The staff consistently treated him with dignity, patience, and compassion. They provided excellent day-to-day care, including bathing, feeding, medication management, and engaging activities appropriate for his condition. My sister has been a resident for nearly a year. My sister has Down Syndrome and now Alzheimer's. The care she receives has been exceptional by all the staff. The activities provided whether daily or holiday-themed are designed so lovingly by the Edith in the activity room and administered by her staff with care. The food and snacks provided are of outstanding quality.

PositiveSafe memory care environment by a caring team
I would give Terra Pointe a 5 on all of the categories. The staff is very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The staff have implemented a variety ways to help our mom with issues assisting her with meals because they noticed she was only eating a small portion of her meals on her own.
