★★★★★
PositiveEveryone we work with was so unbelievably caring.
★★★★★
PositiveI was looking for something that had more room and not such an institutional feel. Thanks for letting me see your facility.
★★★★★
CriticalIt is for me. Price. Others are too expensive! Most of the residents are nice and price is ok. My personal thought is that price is too much in all retirement places. Needs much updating in my opinion. Wish the outings were better. Doctor appointments can only be on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings between the hours of 8 and 12 if you use the transportation provided by the retirement home. Food could be better also.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community are the friendships, games and the relationships. Yes, we would recommend TerraBella Epps Bridge to other families based on the experience so far.
★★★★★
PositiveWe are very happy with my dad there! I would recommend to others.
★★★★★
CriticalPeople are very friendly. Need some outdoor activities. Food menus are not very good. Soups are lacking in flavor and sometimes taste as though they have been watered down, some of the food needs some seasoning, food is cold sometimes. Same vegetables are served 2-3 times in the same week.
