CriticalVERY POOR CARE AND MANAGEMENT COULDN'T CARE LESS!
Overall experience was awful! The loved one moved into TerraBella on [date removed] and we moved her out and to another facility on [date removed]. Admin. Staff was hardly there and would not respond to letters requesting responses on several issues. On the 4th day after moving her in, a gentleman walked into her private room and proceeded to defacate on her bed and walking through her room to the bathroom and smeared it on the freshly painted walls. Price increases [date removed] after being there only since May as a result of across the board raise. I do not feel that our cost should be increased this year. Mother constantly has different peoples cloths on as well. The facility has lost her teeth.
