It is an ok place better than some but it has its faults. Many of the residents complain of the food. It seems to me those who own Terra Belle are in it for the money. Just had a 10% increase for my friend. The place is kept clean and attractive. Things run on time.

My experience was so much different from [Name Removed]. From her perspective, she liked many of the people who cared for her very much, especially the night crew as I recall. She wasn't a big fan of the food, she found it flavorless and often cold. She was the person who often sent the food back for a minute in the microwave. Some of the staff are great and some are just there to get their shift done. The food is mediocre. The memory care unit always smells like human waste. They need to figure out the odor problem as it is always there in the entryway near the dining room. I think possibly the bathroom area where they help their incontinent residents needs to be moved away from entryway and dining room. My sister loves it there. The staff are caring, nurses are very good at giving her medicine on time. She loves the food. She likes when they take them out to stores and places.
