★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was wonderful-quick to be able to get her in, helpful since I'm out of town they assisted in delivery of furniture, food has some things that mom really doesn't like but they offer substitutes moms just picky. Apt was freshly painted, new floors, clean. Size of apt was bigger than I expected. Overall mom will tell you "I'm at my new home now & it's beautiful "
★★★★★
CriticalIn the 8 months our mom was there, 4 directors, 3 nurse practitioners, multiple techs have come and gone. There was no stability with the staff. Made it difficult for them to get to know our Mom and vice versa...
★★★★★
PositiveThe overall experience I would say is a 5 except for the activities and the staff. I haven't seen any activities during my visits and I haven't met the new memory care manager. However, what we like the most about the community is that it is very quiet and close to hospitals. We would recommend the community to others.
★★★★★
PositivePositive out way any negative Nothing is perfect All I know is that the staff was kind and attentive, my mom was more alert and happy in Terra Bella than she was the last few years at home
★★★★★
CriticalSo far overall, fair, improving with time. Apartment and accommodations are fine for our needs. Staff is kind. We started a little rough as they underestimated the level of care my mom needed. Had to meet with the exec director to get things aligned. But it costs us more $$ to do so. Food and Dining. Not sure this could be better. My mom is really picky but she eats the meals.
★★★★★
CriticalWe've definitely had some issues but many things changed once hospice was brought in. Would we recommend the community to others? Honestly it depends on the day. We had a major issue that was brought to light when hospice came in. The director of the hospice stepped in along side me to get it taken care of. They were also letting people in to see my mom that shouldn't have been let in. They now have a sign in and a list posted of her visitors. It was not as "secure" as they made it out to be for visitors.
