All above a 5. Nurses, Aids activities are great. She has her hair and pedicures done there. Aunt [name removed] loves it there. She said food is delicious. She is adjusting well.

TerraBella has been okay, but there is room for improvement. I believe more consistent attention to hygiene and personal care would make a big difference, especially with more thorough bathing and skin moisturizing. I’d also like to see a stronger focus on getting physical therapy started. The people are wonderful—I just feel more attention is needed in these key areas.

Terra Bella is a very attractive home for both long- as well as short term care. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but they appear to be slightly understaffed. The executive staff is eager to make everyone's experience a pleasant one. The rooms are attractive and let you feel at home since you bring your own furniture. Hospice is also helping my mom now and that has helped. The staff seems to really care about the patients. The food is good and they have entertainment for the patients. They have the patients in a great routine.
