PositiveAll above a 5. Nurses, Aids activities are great. She has her hair and pedicures done there. Aunt [name removed] loves it there. She said food is delicious. She is adjusting well.

I believe more consistent attention to hygiene and personal care would make a big difference, especially with more thorough bathing and skin moisturizing. I’d also like to see a stronger focus on getting physical therapy started. The people are wonderful—I just feel more attention is needed in these key areas.

PositiveTerra Bella is a very attractive home for both long- as well as short term care. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but they appear to be slightly understaffed. The executive staff is eager to make everyone's experience a pleasant one. The rooms are attractive and let you feel at home since you bring your own furniture. Positive[name removed] was A+ in communication with us, answering questions, being courteous, he made us feel very comfortable on our tour. However, this facility seemed dark (lighting-wise) and a tad lifeless. Also seemed very small. I do like the care options that were put out as available.

PositiveHospice is also helping my mom now and that has helped. The staff seems to really care about the patients. The food is good and they have entertainment for the patients. They have the patients in a great routine.
