Tried it and moved out.

Seemed very very busy and a little chaotic at times. They had immediate openings was good, have better qualified employees would be better.

Review for TerraBella Summit

When we started there in October everything went pretty well. The head nurse was promoted to director and no replacement was added. The caregivers are always on their phones and have chips on their shoulders about actually having to work. Conversations are very open and very loud in the common areas. About how they hate the place. The boss is always yelling at them. One day I cried after watching our security camera and listening to our roommate sobbing. TerraBella Summit

I was unhappy when some of the staff showed up in my mom's room one night. They did not know I was in the room. They came in to get drinks out of her refrigerator. I also received a phone call one night from one of the workers because of them having to clean up after her dog. She was quite nasty about it. My mom at that point was unable to help. I get the problem. When she moved in they had already called hospice and she was only there a few weeks before she passed away.
