My parents have been at the facility just short of a year. They have had some staff turnover and every time some items seem to drop off the list. Largest issue is food on the weekends. My opinion is that they could plan better to help the staff on the weekends execute but it never seems to happen. Nursing staff and therapy staff is really strong with those in their care.

My parents have been in SC almost a year. Room size is good. Nursing staff and Therapy staff are good. Been some good recent changes in cleaning staff and there are issues of consistency now. Biggest issue is food on the weekends. Lack of planning and enough food staff seem to be the issues.

Sometimes the food was good and sometimes it was not. I would imagine that it would take quite a while for me to become accustomed to the food. Breakfast was the best. The apartment size was just fine. What I did not like was staff having a key to my apartment and walking in just about anytime. Cleanliness was very good.
