Friendliest, cleanest and most welcoming of all facilities that I visited. And, affordability was also very important! It's a very good facility, however if they had more variety of mid afternoon activities.

They just had a lot of replacing staff and main management so hopefully it's still just as good. Prices are expensive everywhere so that's why I put a 3 but overall I would give them a 4.

My loved one is currently a resident at Terrraza Court Senior Living and the overall experience has been just okay. Their staffing level is low. Also, the facility needs a good cleaning/spot painting. I only recommend Terraza Court Senior Living based on the price, but as always, you get what you pay for.

NO STARS ! HIGH RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID THIS PLACE !! I highly recommend you do not put your loved one in this colony of people that don't have no care . They will be pictures included. Stating everything I'll talk about. A lot of guidelines and host protocols numerously be broken on a daily. But that's not everything .... Since the ending of [date removed] to be precise of this year 2024 . Untill now I been observing everything from new management and new employees on a daily basis within those 2 1/2 months …

It turns out they had a big problem with understaffing when my mom entered the facility in December 2022. The first few days were very stressful, although the few staff that were available did seem to step up and tried to provide the level of care that my mother needed. My mom unfortunately passed after the first week of being there so I can't speak to whether they solved those problems. I know management was aware of it and they were trying to deal with it.
