Definitely recommend, you get what you pay for

While I don't really have a basis for comparison, I would give it a 4. The nurses were always great, and the lady that runs the place is always pleasant and as accommodating as possible, within reason. The facility is easy to navigate and the dining room is centrally located. There are many things to do there and the tenants are eager to converse. Its close to town, as well. The overall is pretty good. Not much to do, pretty quiet, meals seem to be fine, people are friendly (including the staff). Everything is always clean, no issues there. The staff is always friendly, ready to answer any questions, and attentive. Can't say much about the quality of care except that my father seems to like it there. Never complains about how things are run. Meals and dinning are fine. Meal selections are nice, plenty of options to choose from and most of the facility eats together in the dining room. …

Highly recommend

We chose The Arbors & Terrace of Ruston because I knew a few people that worked here and we know several of the people that live here as well. When we visited for our tour it was just a no brainer for my parents, they loved it right away. The apartments are a really good size, we were able to fit a lot of their furniture. The staff and care has been wonderful. They have plenty of activities going on. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Excellent Care

We love it here. Mom gets excellent care. She is extremely happy. She hasn't been this happy in a long time. We feel totally at peace with her being here. She's not in danger, and no one goes in and steals her stuff or anything like that. The staff is very trustworthy. They always keep me informed on how she's doing when I'm not there. And I think the cost is goof for what we're getting.

The staff at this community were nice when we visited. The community seemed to be very clean. They offer complimentary transportation and twenty four hour awake staffing. My friends loved one lives there and they seem to enjoy it.

My Mom's Respite Stay

This was a temporary stay for my mom and it was a new experience. The staff helped make her comfortable and accommodated her because this was all new.They did a great job and she enjoyed the time. The meals were good for my mom. They had activities and she did try some of them. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
