PositiveWe have great events, have made so many new friends, and love this beautiful community. They employees that work in the office are wonderful! We love the game room and meeting for coffee with all our friends daily. We’ve invited several of our friends to join us. We are hopeful. They’ll move in soon.

PositiveI have had a wonderful experience living here so far. Everyone is so nice and very friendly; I love my apt. and there are lots of activities. I swim every day, and the gym is small but is fully stocked with good equipment. There are classes included in your rent too. Kudos to [names removed].

PositiveI have lived at the Atwater for 2 years and have had a great experience. If there is an issue with maintenance, it is addressed immediately. I know there are some issues with the hot tub I believe it is being addressed with the management as well as new landscaping. There are garages at an additional fee plus storage units.
