Critical

The Auberge at Naperville

Everyone was always friendly, treated the residents with respect. Floors always seemed to be in need of mopping. Care was lacking, showers not given repeatedly after discussing with staff there was no change . Food always looked good, residents seem to enjoy meals. Activities ok, did not have opportunity to observe many. Cost seems in line with other facilities

Would recommend for compassionate care giving

The cleanliness is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have been very good at keeping my dad up to date on how my mom is acclimating. They activities are good and they are able to get my mom to participate which is amazing.

Excellent facility and everyone we interacted with was very professional and pleasant. The rooms were of a very decent size and well maintained and the overall facility was very clean and updated. The courtyard area was expansive and well maintained. The activities director was very informative and seemed very interested in our mother's interest and activities that would be suited to keep her interest.
