The Barclay at St. Augustine

Strongly recommend.

Activities, food/dining experience, room size were all excellent. Staff was very friendly. Getting level of care re-evaluations was somewhat difficult but there was also a change of nursing management staff while my mother was there, and my mother was only there full time for a few weeks before she passed.

Feels like Home.

The staff across the board knows my dad by name and knows his interests. They are operating under new ownership and under a new name: The Barclay. I would recommend to others.

Best assisted living facility in St. Augustine

I’ve recently moved a loved one in to the facility and have been nothing but impressed with the staff’s knowledge and friendliness. They know my loved ones name and room number by memory. The facility is clean, updated and takes intentional care to make every area feel like home.

The Very Best Place for my Mom

I looked at several places for my mom to move into before visiting Silver Creek. Once I met with [name removed] and took a tour of the facility, I knew that Silver Creek was THE very best place for my mom. My mom took a tour felt the same way. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Just moved my mother into Silver Creek. She was very nervous at first. Once she met the staff and made a few friends with the residents she felt better. This place really does feel like home. The staff is amazing and friendly. They help you with anything you need. The building feels welcoming, warm and open. They have many things to do and see. Very pet friendly. Silver Creek located near Encompass Rehab Facility. If one of us was in rehab, the other could walk over. Building was pleasant. What I missed was the following: 1. No Art Room. 2. Not enough parking. 3. A rehab room, but no fitness room. 4. Theater too small. We appreciated the tour.
