I can only speak of what my lease entails...the new owners just had a community meeting to hear concerns so they are actively listening and communicating with results. The new owners are presently updating the community...better wi-fi, water needs, etc. It is a pet friendly community and my pup loves it when the housekeeper stops by to help us because she (housekeeper) even stops and takes the time to say hello to my pup. Your host in guiding me was very helpful. I was told something on this property that have not happened. But she is safe and happy at the moment. Hope she doesn't out grow it. The dining has been a struggle with maybe 3 cooks since she moved in April. I know it has been a company change but the food should be the star...Her location is key for me and family. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Her room is perfect for her needs. With laundry and bed cleaning

Heron Point Independent Living of Vero Beach

Heron Point is just fantastic. Love the spacious apartment. Staff is very thoughtful and attentive. The chef and meals are excellent. Programs are varied and fun and the residents are thoughtful and welcoming and we do have a few vacancies. I would give each category a 5.

In laws still haven’t received refund after almost a year

My in laws are having a very difficult time getting their refund for their unit. We are approaching a year and it seems like all they do is stall. It is meaningful money that they need for assisted care as they are 86 and 90 years old. It’s outrageous it is taking so long. Will revise my review once my in laws are paid.

Poor experience

When new management took over 2 weeks after my father moved in. Everything when downhill. Many people have moved out. Activities have decreased, the maintenance is lacking on the hallways. Food quantity and choice have decreased. Not too much good to say at this point.
