She's very happy and active within the community. For the most part they are very friendly and engaging. Only downside is there is a lot of turnover, from higher leadership to staff and sometimes poor communication within.

So far, The Barrington at Hioaks has been a good place for my dad. The staff has been great for him and our family is grateful that he is safe and cared for.

What we like the most about the community is how the staff works hard to do everything they can to make the residents comfortable, involved and active!!! Yes, we would recommend The Barrington at Hioaks to other families based on our experience.

I found the staff taking care of my mother to be very personable and loving toward her. I was always able to get in contact with people that could help me with any questions or concerns that I may have had. I would recommend The Barrington to others. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The only policy I do not like is that when the tenant passes away that is the 30 day notice.

Hoping for improvement

They just got new head person and nurses so hopefully it will be better but for what you pay it's crazy. They have gone up on rent twice and again at the beginning of the year and she has not even been there a year.

Front desk staff are so friendly, community area is beautiful, residents always seems so happy and report they like living here. Always clean.
