PositiveMy dad spent the last 3 ½ years at the Blake. I can’t say enough about the wonderful care and attention he received while living at the Blake. He always felt safe and comfortable in this facility. His favorite spot was the beautiful courtyard and most days that’s where he always wanted to be. PositiveThe facility is beautiful and new, the food was excellent....chef was great and accommodating. I felt the individual attention to my Dad was not always given as promised. There were a few times I had to follow up with administrators for follow through. The respite fees are expensive but it is a nice facility with a positive happy vibe. Some of the facilities I toured were pretty depressing .

PositiveThey worked very hard and worked with us to get my family member into The Blake. I appreciated their guidance, otherwise I would not have known what to do. They were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They were very efficient in their evaluation to place her at exactly the right care level where she needed to be in the facility to have her needs met. The staff were all very friendly and were there for her for whatever she needed during a difficult time.
