My mom has been a resident at Fields of Florissant for the past four months. I've been there several times to visit my mom. Everyone there that are also residents, from my observations, all seem to be in good hands, with their care. There is no drama, and the people are nice that work there. It's clean, and it's the safest place that my mom can be.

The facility's campus is beautiful. Well maintained. The rooms are spacious. Some of the staff can benefit from additional training, including the director of nursing (DON). Improvement needed with management and especially the DON. The facility has good potential.

It is kind of an unfair number but I wanted to stay in the middle since I had not had an opportunity to get with staff, DON to discuss a care plan for mom...that part is on me bc right now I live out of town. I do know that activities are limited to bingo, puzzles and movie nights that air movies are on regular tv (says my mom). There also has not been any outings or field trips, wonder how we can get that going. My mother complained about the food and being served same thing over and over but I did get that straig…
