The Bridge has been very helpful in getting my mother settled into her new apartment

The Bridge is a recently remodeled facility, the interior is bright and welcoming and the staff have worked hard to make my mother comfortable and involved. They supported the move in process and have helped her to become very involved in activities at the facility.

Bright and cheery

The facility is very clean and bright. High ceilings, large windows, and nice furnishings. The staff have been so helpful and accessible, answering emails very quickly and making suggestions for my dad. Im super impressed with the physician group they use for their medical care. The PA spoke with me for a half hour about my dad's care and made sure she understood his history. Highly reccomend.

Our first month

Overall, we have been very pleased as a family regarding our mom’s experiences in the first month. There are certainly things we should have better prepared ourselves; understanding the care plan better, knowing who to contact, how to support our mom to help her acclimate. The team at the Bridge have been very helpful and everyone at the facility genuinely cares about their residents. Another “need to know” is better understand our long term care insurance policy. It’s a lot to balance the facility, the insurance

Engaging Community

My mom loved the staff and residents. Engaging community. Good food. Made friends quickly. Very disappointed it was flooded by hurricane Ian and will not reopen until June 2023.

If worried about loved one, you don't have to worry about them here!!

The value for the money is good, compared to other places. The resident manager is the most enthusiastic, and caring person. The interaction with the residents is touching. I strongly recommend this facility, for anyone looking for a good place, for their loved one.

The best facility for your loved one!

I would tell others how attentive they are to residents, and how patient & kind they are. It's like a home environment with a circle of friends. Communication is very good between the community and our family. In fact, they picked up on my moms sickness last week and they made sure to contact me and let me know what hospital they were taking her to. They are very communicative and they keep me informed every step of the way. Although I'm there frequently, they make sure to keep me updated when I'm not around. I w
