The community was beautiful and well-maintained. The meal service and entertainment I felt was a high caliber. The community itself is primarily made up of East Coast, New York retirees and is fairly tight knit. It is not a good fit for a casual Midwestern values person. If they didn't belong to a country club, for example prior to retirement might not be a good fit is a very country club type feel

My mom was in dire straits and their staff did not send her to the hospital. After I took her They didn’t even know she was gone. Places is ok if you are in decent health but if you are fragile Do Not Send anyone there.

CriticalI performed live entertainment at this community on several dates in [date removed] and submitted invoices for payment. Apparently, due to changes in personnel, namely the activities director, and despite extensive follow-up, certified letters, payment has still not been received. Hoping management will address this promptly. I will continue my follow-up and CC the chairman of the board.

The maintenance problems were non-stop. I stayed there in a guest apt and one of the days they had to shut the water off (2nd time in a month) for the entire day. NO WATER in the apts at all. It's a beautiful building and under new management. Hardly any residents ( I think less than 50% occupied). Once they get things together it will be great. Now, no. New meal plan with "credits" for hugely overpriced food. New chef, terrible breakfasts. Really kind of a Sh*t Show right now. Many other residents were also contem…
