4 but often times there's a very strong odor of stink in in the hallways on memory care and occasionally when you enter. 4,most staff. The food doesn't seem to be favored too much by residents that are alert enough to know the difference. Not at all. I understand why some of the difference is made for the memory care residents, but they need more stimulation for the memory care residents. We recently left their Memory Care Unit (May 2026) due to negligence. A pleasant experience every time

My sister has been living at The Commons on Meridian for almost a year. I have honestly never seen her happier. She has improved in every imaginable way while living in this warm, caring environment. The nursing staff is excellent, always there in a moment of need, always treating her with respect, kindness and the rare dignity every elder deserves.. Our family's experience - could be better

The staff for the most part,I would rate 3/4 I don't feel as though there is enough stimulation, interactions or activities. I've noticed that after lunch and dinner they're right back in their rooms, so I'd give that a 2/3 I've eaten some of the food and it isn't as described, so that would be 3 It looks clean but I've noticed odors lately coming into the facility, even the dining area on the memory care unit and in my aunts apartment, especially the bathroom and reported it to them so I'd give that a 2. My husband, who has Parkinson's, was a respite resident at The Commons on Meridian for most of the month of November, We were very staisfied with the facility and staff, Our initial tour highlighted the room and many varied amenities including speech, PT, and OT. The staff from the front desk to the dining room introduced themselves and made my husband and his many visitors feel welcomed.
