They mentioned when we moved in my mom that they were going to renovate - the place *really* needs it as it has a LOT of potential. My mom isn't really active or social so the kindness, patience and care of the staff is invaluable to us

Yes I would recommend. Clean, friendly, professional staff. Outstanding personal patient care.Nutritious food but not enough variety. That could be due to majority of residents of a particular ethnic group or because of dietary needs.In terms of care, my husband got so much care that I felt he was declining and since home his physical strength has improved 100%.With that said, if I needed to place him in memory care again I would not hesitate to place him with the Cottages.

Friendly, caring, and experienced staff.

A 5 for all. There was a couple looking at The Cottages for their mother, we told them they were great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would and already have recommended this community to other families

I am very happy with the care my mom is receiving. We picked this community because of the value, and one price for all care. They do not break up costs and charges like many other facilities did. Others charged like an a la cart menu depending on continence, how many med passes etc.

Nice Community-Friendly Staff

The staff is very friendly. The food is good, and my friend has an appetite. The value for the money is too high. It's close to home, and I visit my friend daily.

The staff was warm, diligent and respectful with the residents, meeting individual needs. The facility was cleaned and sanitized daily. The only downside to the experience was lack of stimulation for my husband (who is now home), but that is only because of the lack of residents ability to participate. However, with the care given my husband by the staff, and frankly, the family taking him on frequent outings, he improved significantly enough to bring home, where he is doing great! His only real issue is memory …
