★★★★★
PositiveWhat I liked about The Crossings is first and foremost [Name Removed]. He gave us the tour of the facilities and went above and beyond when working with us to get my brother-in-law the place he wanted. His patience and flexibility was a refreshing experience. The independent living cottage is spacious and provides ample living space. The corner lot makes it even nicer
★★★★★
PositiveI liked the facility. Lots of choices. [name removed] was very knowledgeable and lots of fun. I don't like writing interviews - Thanks!
★★★★★
PositiveFor me it was a 5. Everything was organized and we visited a few times before the decision was made. My mom is still adjusting. She would like to be in her house but knows that it isn't possible without aids, etc. It is now called the crossings at Banta pointe since they've gone through an ownership change. There has been some growing pains to adjust to some of the new processes and activity, but it is still a good place to live.
★★★★★
PositiveWas easy to initiate pill monitoring during a respite stay. Some residents profiles warrant supervision during medicine administration.
★★★★★
PositiveThe gentleman, [Name Removed], who showed us around was wonderful! He asked great questions to discover my brother's interests and then told us how his facility could benefit him.
★★★★★
PositiveI sat down and listened to the information presented and interjected with questions and also during the tour of the facility. The tour produced more questions from me and my daughter who accompanied me on the tour. Again, questions were answered during the tour or with a follow-up after the tour. I found the tour to be very rewarding and revealed many issues that I had. Good job by [name removed] and all.
