PositiveI would say a 5 on everything but #6-Food. I'm going to say a 4 only because my mom has said it's not as good as when she first moved there but I also realize that sometimes people can get tired of the same cooking when they've been in one place for awhile. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. My siblings and I feel good about mom being there.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff very nice. There are plenty of activities. Food is great. They have two standard offerings per meal time and then a menu to select from if you don't like those. A doctor available that comes to site. My only draw back is there is nothing available outdoors such as a garden. The entrance by the parking lot is the only outdoor space. They have a hair salon on site...nice. Another drawback, full time receptionist is only staff on independent living building and not assisted living building, which make no sens…

PositiveMy mother enjoys The Crossings. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The activities, outings, and dining have been great.
★★★★★
CriticalDifficulty communicating when another sibling is involved. Request for documents not honored. I would not recommend them. I don't appreciate being dismissed by those in charge. My requests for documentation of Mom's residence at the facility have not been completed. The staff are kind and caring.Nurses seem competent. It's really mostly management and their lack of concern for my concerns.Mom lost her medalert and they don't seem to care.
★★★★★
PositiveIt is a warm and welcoming environment. All the staff know the name of the residents and their family members.
★★★★★
PositiveLocation, room design, spaciousness, cleanliness. At the current time I would not recommend it. A primary reason I have my parents there is to make sure they are well fed but in the last few months the food and dining room services have changed for the worse. If it does not soon improve I will consider moving my parents somewhere else.
