Laid back and jnformal. Not pretentious and a helpful staff.

5 across the board I am very pleased. I enjoy being here. The housekeeping is good and lighting is bright and warm. The staff is helpful with computer problems and other tasks. The physical therapists are helping me recover from shoulder surgery. We get regular visits from hearing specialists . Religious seriousness are available .

Nice facility, some odor. Building needs a little upkeep, especially the patio area in the memory care. Cost is a little lower than the other facilities, but it is older.

The facility was very clean, organized. I was very impressed with our time with our guide; very knowledgeable, etc... It is currently our first choice for my parents.

Samantha Smith, Sales Coordinator, is forthright, accommodating, and provided a great tour and materials that allowed us to make an informed decision. The facility is quite nice with extensive activity offerings across the continuum of care levels.

A very positive tour. Facility was clean and well-lit. Financial information was easy to understand and attractive. [name removed]did a great job of presenting the details. Sign me up.

Not a good fit

I think we would overall give it four stars. The cleanliness was kind of bad but the day staff were good. One of the night staff was mean and smashed his head into the bed rail bruising his face. He was afraid of her. The food was great. Activities were great. They ultimately kicked him out because he could no longer assist in his own care.
