My aunt is in independent living so there isn't much care involved. Although they do offer many pay for extra services if needed at a reasonable price. My experience with the staff has always been positive and friendly. Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care are all in the same building so there is plenty of staff available. The Crossroads at Bon Air

The staff is super friendly and guide you all the way. They make the transition more comfortable. They welcome you and you feel easy getting to know them. There was much more room in the closets than I thought. The size was the same as my apt before but the bathrooms were bigger size.

recommendation and review

The staff are great. Very compassionate and understanding they were amazing with cleanliness even though my mom was constantly rearranging and packing and unpacking everything. The food I saw was restaurant quality I was rarely there at meal time. Her room was large almost too big truthfully. Some where around 10x10 or 15x15. The bathroom was shared between two residents (think college dorm kinda) and was large enough for a wheelchair to maneuver freely. They have a lot of activities each day it looked like most of…

I recently toured the facility and [name removed] was so helpful and informative. Just checking a few more possibilities and then will decide. I was very impressed.

friendly atmosphere

I love the daily activities that are available. Not just fun things like the daily happy hour and games but lectures and learning opportunities to keep the residents' minds working.
