PositiveMom is thriving at The Elms
It's a facility that really feels like "home." My mother loves it. It doesn't matter what time of day you visit the staff are engaged with the residents who are interacting with each other. My mother is in a single room. There is ample space for her furniture. Mom loves her room.

The Carriage House at The Elms has far exceeded our expectations. Although diagnosed with Alzheimer's, our mother is still fairly high functioning, so we worried that perhaps it was too soon for a memory care unit, and that she would be unhappy. Mom loves her new home! The care she is receiving is outstanding. For us, the peace of mind, knowing that she's safe and happy is priceless. We recommend The Elms to anyone who is looking for the highest level of care for thier loved one.

PositiveSafe and happy
My Mom is currently a resident at The Elms Retirement Residence and everything has been great. The staff is very very good. It's a small facility, so each person gets a lot of attention. They were great at helping my sister and I adjust, too. There is a lot of guilt that goes along with the move. They are always accommodating to me because I travel 5 hours to see Mom once a month and sometimes I get there early. The food is very good because my Mom was very thin when she got there, but she has a little belly now!
