Caring facility

It is a very caring facility where I feel the staff from the cleaners to activities treat everyone with such kindness and feels like genuine relationships. I would not hesitate to recommend. Has a homey/inviting feel as well as nice touches. I do feel it is very pricey, yet that is what Maine is pricing.

Nice Environment

We picked this community, because we were looking for a place for both my loved ones, and they had rooms available. It's a nice place, and good environment. Overall, I would recommend to other famileis.

We toured The Enclave of Scarborough during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one and we loved it! Everything was wonderful about this facility. It was my first choice. However, it was too expensive for our budget.

Excellent facility and staff, but more time needed to review contract and support families transitioning to care

I think that the staff who look after the residents at The Enclave of Scarborough are fantastic. Also, the Memory Care unit was very well maintained. The intake staff are helpful, as well. The biggest issue for me was not receiving the lengthy contract, which is a complex legal document, until just before EOB, with quite some intrinsic pressure (spot availability and financial incentive) to sign by midnight the same day. Mom is safe

The staff are all lovely and very friendly and supportive to my mom and to the family. They are approachable and quick to respond to needs or requests. My mom's room is always clean and her laundry is done promptly. The only issue my mom has is that she doesn't care for the food. They have alternative options, but she doesn't know or remember to ask for them.

The community reached out to my loved one to help them through a difficult time. The staff communication with the family is open and they are available.
