I think the staff could do a better job acclimating new residents. My parents were a bit confused about what to expect and what was available to them. They really didn't have an "orientation" at all, to my knowledge.

I took the tour with my father and they made accommodations for him in order for him to get around comfortably. The facility was very nice and my father seemed to really like it and everyone he met. We just wish they had more 1 bedroom units, if so we’d be there now.

Friendly staff

The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because we had a couple hiccups with my mom's medicine initially but that could have just been because we are transitioning from my mom doing them to someone else doing them and me not being familiar with system requirements. s far as the staff, they have been amazing to work with! They have been very good at inviting my mom to activities and she has been getting involved a lot more. She is really enjoying it.

Great fit!

We toured a couple other places. This was the best. Mom was in memory care. They took great care of her. She recently passed.

Exceptional care

Definitely a 5. The rep who did all the paperwork and move in stuff was top notch went way above and beyond. The staff were very helpful in our situation. The property was nice. And food was good. My mother passed away within 2 weeks of moving in so we didn't get any long term accommodation. But she met everyone from hair dresser to people in the church service. I would go there for sure.
