PositiveThe staff is very attentive and helpful. I have not run across a staff member who is not willing to speak or help in any capacity. If they don't have an answer, they have walked around with me to find someone who could help. On the day of move in, one of the ladies from the cafeteria assisted me with getting the cart of furniture upstairs to my loved ones room. On any given day, if I go in with an arm full of items for my loved on, someone will stop to help me carry them. I just can't say enough. I have gone to fa…

PositiveThe estates at the West End were very helpful. Very kind. [name removed] wasn't there but a week and a half so he didn't get a whole lot of experience there he went back in the hospital and from there he passed away, but the time he was, there was great if I ever have to go into an assisted living, I hope I can being a place just as nice. It's a great place.
