★★★★★
PositiveThe staff in the front office have greeted us by name, with smiles, since the first day we arrived. The dining room servers are efficient, respectful and friendly. Maintenance crews are able and willing to respond to our needs. Overall, we feel that we have entered a village. We have a one bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a balcony with a view of a lake, a dining area, full kitchen and good size living room. We are comfortable. The only thing we miss is a bathtub. Our apartment is 855 square feet. We can eat …

PositiveI will say that they have times where the dining room has some issues with being short staffed, but that's is due to employees. They do try to keep every position filled. The beauty of the grounds and common areas. Good food. Good staff. Friends Dad has made. Appreciated activities.

PositiveWas immediately impressed with the sign on the desk when I first entered the building which was a welcome (my name and my friend's name)on it. Always wonderful to be greeted with such a nice way, knowing our names. The young lady that was our tour guide was so very pleasant and answered questions we asked quickly. She took the time to find out what we are looking for, our likes and dislikes, explained about the activities available, and special activities that are also available off campus. The facility is very cle…
★★★★★
PositiveVery attentive to our needs. They were not pushy or demanding. I have already recommended A Place For Mom to a couple of friends and shared contact information to them as well.
★★★★★
PositiveThis community has a friendly vibe and is nicely-located in a lake side neighborhood. The amenities are plentiful and the common areas have been remodeled. We are looking for a one bedroom and their units are a nice size with good closet and living space. The "pass thru" style kitchen is a bit dated and the units could use more remodeling. The living room is quite dark but functional. The staff is welcoming and they offer nice amenities.

PositiveWe had a lovely tour to look for a place for my parents. The staff was great and residents looked happy and it was clean. All questions answered and the rooms were nice. Thank you for the thorough tour. Much appreciated!
