Exceptional staff

The staff is exceptionally, friendly and helpful, the dining room is elegant and beautiful, there's a variety of unit sizes to choose from. As soon as my dad moved in, his social calendar was absolutely booked! And he's already got a girlfriend!

Awesome Experience

I am so pleased with the Form at Lincoln Heights! It offers a tiered support experience. At this point I enjoy taking my meals in the Dining Room if I choose and my apartment is cleaned weekly. I can choose the support of a caregiver or not. I shop for groceries and other items locally. The Forum provides transportation if needed. I highly recommend the Forum and the tiered support system it offers.

The location is one of the best in town, which is why the place may be worth more with the people gone in the building torn down. The place is just been bought by discovery a large chain owned by one individual named[Name Removed]. that charges à la carte, s

We had a very good tour. We got to see the residents who were having an afternoon snack and we were apart of it. All questions were answered and we felt very comfortable.

Spotless, fresh feeling, well laid out, happy residents walking around and kind helpers throughout the residence. The garden area and pool were a pleasant surprise.
