PositiveAfter my dad had a stroke and his health declined, our family was faced with the difficult decision of how to best care for him. [name removed] was extremely helpful! He was sensitive to the nature of our needs, patient and professional. He provided beautiful brochures and a tour of the well maintained assisted living facility. [name removed] answered our difficult questions and gave us personal time to make decisions. On behalf of my family, many thanks to [name removed] and the staff at Freemont Living Center who…

PositiveMy experience has just been outstanding in all areas. The exception is the mess in the kitchen and the inconvenience it continues to cause.

PositiveThe staff was very accommodating. The room needed just a few small fixes and the tv was not yet set up as requested upon move in. It would be so helpful if moving help was offered. We had family, so we were ok but if it were just my mom, I'm not sure how it would have gone. It's a small thing but as these transitions are often emotional and a bit sad at first, a welcome sign or small gesture like a welcome snack bag or something could lighten the atmosphere a bit. Overall, we were pleased.

PositiveMy mom is quite happy there compared to the place she was in South Carolina. She can eat anytime between 7am-7pm and can order whatever she wants off the menu. They offer breakfast all day so she likes that. She enjoys participating in the different activities they offer each day. Her room looks well taken care of and the staff are helpful and pleasant. I would recommend The Fremont if anyone is looking for assisted living for a family member.

CriticalIn General, it is a wonderful place. But they definitely overcharge. The food is amazing. They DO charge too much for guest meals. Three times what other establishments do. But the food is also a much higher quality and it is healthier. Still... If we want to eat with my in-laws, it costs us more than going to a restaurant. I think a lot of the activities are interesting. But my in-laws, who live there, don't find any of them interesting. They think they're juvenile. My in-laws wish there were more outings. They…
