About The Inn At Belden Village

In 2016 our community was completely renovated and updated adding 10 suites in our special memory care wing. The entire building was refurbished and elegantly appointed for the residents enjoyment and comfort. We have added a library, ladies tea room, sewing circle, sports lounge with game room. All lounges include large flat screen TV's which the residents can control. Our bistro is open 24/7 where residents and their loved ones can enjoy a beverage and socialization or just watch the news. Our Health and Wellness Room has exercise equipment that our therapists can train our residents to use. We have fireplaces throughout the building including our new memory care wing that is secured with Vigil Silent Monitoring System. Interactive artworks and special care directors are on staff 24/7 to help coordinate activities and care for those residents who need more assistance. We have outdoor patios and an enclosed, safe patio outside of our secured memory care unit. Our Director of Nursing as well as Activities Director and all Special Care Directors are Dementia Care Certified as well. We have won many awards for our community.

Our family experience

The staff are phenomenal The AIDS The nurses The front desk And the directors Are all wonderful. The activities I would say are good but I would say that the others above are in the trenches it seems a lot more than the activity staff. The dining room staff are phenomenal with every resident and take special care with them. Cleanliness is great and so is maintenance and laundry staff. cannot say enough about The Inn at Belden each staff member put special effort into my mom they communicate very clearly with me and

Owner Goes Above and Beyond

Good communication with the staff. The owner goes above and beyond. My mom had a doctor's appointment that was short notice and I couldn't attend due to work. She made sure my mom got to the appointment and she stayed with my mom for over 3 hours! Very caring person. I switched my mom PCP to the doctor at The Inn. It was just easier that way. Things take longer to happen with the new doctor. Like the need for a medication increase or change.

Title: Nice quaint environment. Your loved one will feel at home. A nice community.

The nurses are absolutely wonderful. The receptionist at the Inn at Belden is also very, very good. The aides are growing on me ?? At first I wasn’t sure, especially since there are agency aides who come in and don’t really know my mom, but over time I’ve felt more comfortable with them. That said, I do have some concerns with the activity directors and Memory Care staff. They seem quite young, and a lot of their attention understandably goes to residents who are worse off. My mom is more borderline, and because

They have been very helpful in what has become a longer intended placement process. This is due to a changing health issue with my in-law's. Our first visit was to tour facilities to narrow down choices for my in-laws. The second visit included my in-laws. Together we toured the facility and had lunch. The Director spent over two hours with us answering any questions my in-law's had. The day we toured the facility, an emergency closing of a facility in our area was taking place. Staff at The Inn was doing everythi

The Inn At Belden Village

The administration is very nice and helpful. The owner/director is very hands on. I like how they call me with a question or to let me know what's going on with my mom. [name removed], the receptionist is wonderful. Most of the nurses are friendly and very knowledgeable. A few of the aids aren't friendly but most are. [name removed] is great. The food is really good. My mom really likes it. The family nights have been nice.

Mom has acclimated well

My mother came to your facility just weeks after losing her husband of 68 years. She moved from her home of 65 years, five hours away. In other words....a lot of change suddenly. The Inn at Belden Village has made the transition as easy as possible. I pray she can stay there for years to come. She is doing very well and likes the staff.
