PositiveThe activities, food, apartment size, and cleanliness are all excellent. I feel like they could use more staff members, and that would probably make the quality of care a 5 instead of a 4. My Mother is very busy and happy there.

PositiveMy loved one is in the skilled nursing section so that is what I'm rating. I'd give each category a 4. I do think they are one of the better facilities in this area even though they've had some growing pains since they were bought out last summer-high turnover of nurses & CNA's has lead to some difficulties this fall. Hopefully they're settling in to a good routine now.

PositiveThe staff in Memory Care is very attentive and very kind to the residents. The activity staff works tirelessly to try to enrich the days for what can be a difficult clientele. The housekeeping staff seems to be working constantly and the facilities reflect their constant attention. The food is also really good!

PositiveHe was only in Assisted Living for 2 weeks. Is currently in Skilled nursing. We have been happy with both sides of the facility. The caregivers are very nice & patient with the residents, particularly in skilled nursing.

PositiveLots of activities every day, staff encourages residents to get involved, paved walking path around the entire facility, facility has Skilled Nursing and Memory Care. That was a blessing when my Father had to go to Skilled, then Memory Care because my Mother could simply walk through the building to visit him.
