The Gardens Assisted Living provides senior with the care they need, the independence they want, and the dignity they deserve. Three restaurant-style meals are served daily in our open, naturally lit dining room. Our 24 our nursing staff can help with medication administration, bathing, dressing, and laundry. Additional amenities include an on-premises beauty shop, transportation, weekly housekeeping, shopping assistance, and a full activities program. All these features and more make The Gardens the best choice for seniors who need a little more assistance. PositiveOur experience with our tour was great the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the receptionist was so sweet and [name removed] answered all the questions and concerns we had so we are going to be using this facility. It is very warm and friendly.

CriticalVery Disappointed.
First, the salesman [name removed] does not explain things correctly. We were not informed of "age in place" details. They don't take wheelchair bound residents. There were no activities going on the days we toured or on the days our mother was there. That was disappointing. Contacting the salesman, the general manager, or the Memory Care manager was next to impossible. Phone calls were never returned, we had to just keep calling.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. The food seems to be good, my mom enjoys it. There are a variety of activities and she does several of them. It keeps her busy.

PositiveThis is a beautiful place. We toured the Memory Care side of this Senior Living facility. It has a homey feel, not at all like an institution. We did have a hard time getting calls returned from the marketing side, and that was frustrating. We have chosen to place our family member here and feel good about this decision.
