Our families experience is great

The facility is very clean the staff are very friendly the food seems to be good her apartment is clean and they make sure she is clean also. We are very pleased with the Gardens

Our experience with our tour was great the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the receptionist was so sweet and [name removed] answered all the questions and concerns we had so we are going to be using this facility. It is very warm and friendly.

Very Disappointed.

First, the salesman [name removed] does not explain things correctly. We were not informed of "age in place" details. They don't take wheelchair bound residents. There were no activities going on the days we toured or on the days our mother was there. That was disappointing. Contacting the salesman, the general manager, or the Memory Care manager was next to impossible. Phone calls were never returned, we had to just keep calling.

5 for all and what I like the most about the community is the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience

Our experience with assisted living.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. The food seems to be good, my mom enjoys it. There are a variety of activities and she does several of them. It keeps her busy.

This is a beautiful place. We toured the Memory Care side of this Senior Living facility. It has a homey feel, not at all like an institution. We did have a hard time getting calls returned from the marketing side, and that was frustrating. We have chosen to place our family member here and feel good about this decision.
