PositiveOverall pleased
Everything is clean, maintenance responds in a timely manner,office manager just quit, not sure what the plan is. The front doors would not lock at night and a vagrant got in and was checking for unlocked doors. Corporate showed up and the door got fixed fast. They only serve a small frozen breakfast M-F that most people take to their rooms to eat. They do have activities weekly and days where they take residents to Walmart and price chopper

No experience with the meals and dining services. What I like the most about the community is that it is quiet, no static, bring comfortable in my surroundings. Yes, I would recommend this community to others. The biggest adjustment are the people. Many are elderly and comfortable with those they know. Different races are an eye opener for them. Some people try to adjust.

It was homey. It was decorated for Christmas. It has a staircase like In Gone with the Wind . The apartment has two of the thinks I have always wanted a walk in closet. And washer and dryer on the apartment. I haven't had a dishwasher since 1985. The plumbing works. And there no bugs of any kind. I have lived in and out of the hood for the last 40 years.

I am resident, statements are accurate experiences, intend full disclosure, no personal harm or damage intended. Mgmt changed to Willow bridge in [date removed]. Responsibility of verifying rental ins is now 3rd party. Many copies of my ins to mgmt here and, when known to do so, mailed to 3rd party months ago. still trying to bill me for their policy Got a bill today . NOONE IS WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY 4 ERRORS. LEGAL INVOLVEMENT? Also, they do tolerate reported inside smoking. stating they "can't prove it" …

People living there are friendly. Have activities. Father is satisfied with the complex. Walking distance to eateries and shopping. Father feel comfortable in the environment. Staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
