Thanks to the dilligence of the PCP at Lake Alfred , the nurse’s expertise My husband is alive today Their care is exceptional The meal unfortunately there’s no special diet , it’s one meal for all The client must learn to control their own. The admission experience was one of the best. The admission staff went above and beyond to ensure the resident’s needs were met. On admission day all departments met with resident to orient facility policies. Medication could be dispensed in a more timely manner, facility cleanliness could be improved, but overall the service is above average compared to other facilities. The staff there was fantastic and really seemed to care! We visited daily so there was no issue with how my mother-in-law was treated but truth be told the place is kind of run down. We would have moved her but she was comfortable there and did not want to move.

The staff have been absolutely wonderful, they are so caring. They go out of their way to do numerous things for us without charging us anything extra. We have been so pleased with everything so far. My grandma was in this place. She is now passed on. I have been getting the run around about getting her stuff. It has been over a month and a half now. No calls back and the staff when they do give you different stories all the time. As a nurse I would never treat someone who just lost a love one like this. Absolutely disrespectful.
