When they call an ambulance for your loved one, they will NOT call you! I found out the hard way! And if you ask [Name Removed], like i did in January, he will say he did not know about it. The WORKERS there are top notch, but the administration-not so much. Please don't use my name if you mention this. I wish I had been warned about this place. No one has said anything about it to me. She has to be in locked up area, there are not many that i know of in this area. I checked out the other location. It was worse.?…

[name removed] is a super nice man and he will bend over backwards to help, but some of the people that work for him are something else. The majority of the people there are super nice that take care of my wife. The building is always clean and everyone is nice to me. If not for the problem with the meds, I would give it a 5.

The facility, setting, and rooms are nice. Food is good. Staff are friendly and attentive. There was some concern about missing clothing and personal items. The staff did not inform me or the personal care attendant about any policy regarding the search and removal of items considered unsafe. Activities are good.

The last two months my dad was there were not good at all. We had several bad experiences. The care was much better when it was the [facility removed]. I could tell the last 4 months that my dad was in there that it was going down and not the same. Thank you for all of your and checking on me. It meant a lot. I will definitely refer people to you for help with their loved ones.

The Claiborne have been wonderful!!!! I just wish I had moved her here sooner! What we really like about this community are the activities, the facility as a whole and the person who oversees the facility. Based on our experience so far with this community, we would definitely recommend them to other families.
