Addington Place of Shoal Creek enjoys a full community life with a customized social calendar that includes exercise options, concerts, trips, religious services, cooking classes and more for our residents' preference! We have a variety of apartment styles in Assisted Living and in our Memory Care Neighborhood to show you! Residents bring their own furnishing and keepsakes so the apartments can truly be their own. Also, our senior community offers a full array of services including medication assistance, enjoyable meals, housekeeping and dignified personal assistance by a qualified staff. Also Empower physical, occupational, and speech therapy is available and has worked wonders! I didn't rate it a 5 because, let's be honest, no place is perfect.

CriticalThe staff lost paperwork , head to send it three times from the doctor's office. Can't eat grilled cheese and Tomato Soup. All the time or peanut butter sandwiches or things that don't comply with a dietary. Program for diabetes. The physical therapy program is very helpful. Value for the money we've got an introductory right. I'm not sure if I would pay the full amount for the services. I've been getting with my mother
