For years, I have been trying for years to get my mom in The Groves. They have 24 hour care depending on the ADL dining room choices were wonderful. Two sacks a day, games and activities on Fridays. They would do a field trips. Unfortunately, my mom was only there for a month before her second stroke at this time my mom is in hospice and it broke our hearts that we had to move her from The Groves. The staff is wonderful nursing couldn't be better and the overall care and love she received was more that I could ever…

PositiveThe Groves
The Groves 5 stars on all but Food...as I said, my last contact was a year ago and at that time they were trying different approaches to food and dining...in general, food was O.K., it was the delivery that was lacking...I'm assuming that it has improved by now. yes I would recommend The Groves, assuming it hasn't changed significantly in the past year, since it offers great convenience, quality and value for the money, especially for anyone in the Pebble Creek area.

The facility is beautiful and always very clean. My Mom is doing very well there. It's always nice to see her with the other residents laughing or doing crafts. She eats very well, and seems to be thriving there.

They are good at taking care of people that are high functioning memory care patients. In other words, if they can mostly take care of themselves. However, if the resident has advanced Alzheimer's disease, their care is not so great.
