Critical

Not wonderful.

Have been living in this over 55 community for 2 years but recently maintenance and landscaping have not been done as promptly as necessary. Management is also leasing to young families with young children. So if you want a quiet comfortable place to live , don’t bother with location.

What we like the most about this community is the Price. Friendly staff and residents. The villas are beautiful and perfect to our needs. We would Most definitely recommend this community to other families.

I would definitely recommend The Hamlet on Darby to others and I think the additional comments would be that the facility is brand new. They are still building and working on amenities that will improve with time as more people move in.

Brand new one level Villas for lease with lots of natural light. Love the beautiful sunrises over Big Darby Creek! Located in nice small town, but is within 5 miles of large shopping area. Helpful property manager. Designed for independent living.

Beautiful new villa

Love my new home the area is beautiful you can walk down one sideway and come up the other sidewalk it’s like a walking path. I can’t until spring comes to take that walk around. [name removed] the property manager is wonderful. See always is very charming
