I have nothing but good things to say about the place and that day did a good job and caring for my grandfather and always providing comforting words when needing. However, one thing I will say is it does get very unorganized as far as belongings so if you don't want anything important to get lost or never returned. I sent my Grandpa with his army blanket from Vietnam and still never got it back after he passed away which was really sad but other than that, the place is great.
