★★★★★
CriticalA bad place to have family under their care. They don’t provide the attention they claim to give. They put on an appearance during the first few days, but afterward they treat people poorly, leaving them waiting in their rooms for a long time.
★★★★★
PositiveWhen looking for an assisted living I found The Havens. The Havens offers assisted living with a variety of activities and safe clean environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a level of care that fits the clients needs. The restaurant dining is very comfortable. They offer different types of apartments to meet the needs of there clients. The Havens is affordable and comfortable place for anyone needing assisted living or memory care.
★★★★★
PositiveThey take great care of my mom. It’s a family atmosphere with fun activities for the residents to enjoy. They run a clean facility that feels family like which makes me feel more comfortable. Thank you so much
★★★★★
PositiveI have made so many good friends at The Havens, mostly at Bingo and Bible Study. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Plenty of activities and socializing! The food is wonderful and dinner is a great time to make friends and talk.
★★★★★
CriticalWe moved my parent out of this The Havens after 2 months. They did not take care of my father. There billing was horrible, charging us for certain things when they said they would not. Lying to us. Some of my father's clothes went missing. A couple of the staff members were rude to us. People that worked there seem to hate there job. So happy to get my family member moved into a much better facility.
★★★★★
PositiveHaven't had a chance to see the activities they have. care for the wife 2 way to high. I think they could use a couple of more people for the medical staff and help with health care
