PositiveI recently moved my dad into The Hearth and Greenpoint and it was such an easy and informative experience. I live eight hours away and [name removed], Director of Sales, helped me with every step to make sure the transition was smooth and my dad had the support he needed. Not only did they allow me to have furniture delivered prior to his move-in date, but they helped arrange trnasport for him from his medical rehabilitation facility to The Hearth. PositiveFriendly staff, a nice variety of activities (although mom has only participated in a couple). Apartment is small, but sufficient. Generally the facility is clean and cared for, but the apartment was not clean-move-in-ready when we received the keys.

PositiveThey are doing what they say they will do....the food/dining experience isn't the best...food is mostly bland, but there are exceptions, just average fare. I would recommend it. compared to other places I visited my family is happy with the place. Its not perfect, but the staff is nice, helpful, and accessible....its a big place, easy for newcomers to get turned around. Every hallway looks the same....but there are always things to do, entertainment, options for peer engagement if you want to....

PositiveAPFM was a good starting point for an entirely new experience for me and my family. I would recommend as I also appreciated the articles on again, clearing out a family home and living with your aging parents

PositiveI would give it 5 stars. It is very clean, lots of activities, rides to stores, food seems to be pretty good. I think my mother would probably give it a 4. If you don't like what is on the menu for that day, they will make you an alternative. Several levels of care taking their as well. You can do your own laundry or have it done for you. My mother has made many new friends.

PositiveThe staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. The food was amazing. The residence seemed happy. I would like to recommend others. I felt it was a very nice place
